2026 Mentorship Opportunities
Applications for our 2026 Mentorship Program have now closed. We thank all applicants for their interest.
In 2026 Ahern d&b Solutions is once again offering two Mentorships to early career drill and blast engineers. These mentorships are offered at no cost to the successful applicants.
Open to anyone currently working as a drill and blast engineer, with 0 - 5 years drill and blast experience we will provide:

up to 12 hours of mentoring over a 3- 6 month period in 1-2 hour sessions.

primarily on line with the opportunity for some face-to-face sessions depending upon location and timing.

ongoing phone/online support between mentoring sessions.
Applications close 5pm, Friday 5 December 2025.
The two successful applicants will be notified by phone and email on Friday 19 December with the first mentoring session expected to be held in late January 2026.
All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
