2025 Mentorship Opportunities
Thank you to all who applied for a Mentorship in 2025. Applications have now closed.
In 2025 Ahern d&b Solutions is offering two Mentorships to early career drill and blast engineers. These mentorships are offered at no cost to the successful applicants.

Open to anyone currently working as a drill and blast engineer, with 0 - 5 years drill and blast experience we will provide:

up to 12 hours of mentoring over a 3- 6 month period in 1-2 hour sessions.

primarily on line with the opportunity for some face-to-face sessions depending upon location and timing.
-
ongoing phone/online support between mentoring sessions.

Applications close 5pm, Friday 31 January 2025.

The two successful applicants will be notified by phone and email on Monday 10 February with the first mentoring session expected to be held before the end of February.

All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
