An experienced Mining Engineer with 35 years of technical and operational experience across varied OC and UG commodities which have built the foundation for providing expert drill & blast solutions.

An independent mining engineering consultant/contractor for 18 years, Paul's drill & blast engineering expertise is built upon management experience, operational understanding within a regulated environment and technical capability in mine planning, design, and scheduling. 

With experience across multiple explosive suppliers, Paul possesses an in depth understanding of explosive technologies, operational delivery and explosive supply chain requirements.

Paul possesses the confidence, capability and capacity to work well across all levels of an organisation and engage effectively with all staff, contractors and members of the workforce. As an experienced trouble-shooter, he is able to readily identify the key issues and work with the site teams to overcome inefficiencies arising from poor behaviours, systems, processes and procedures, improving mine performance and profitability.
